To expand our team, we are looking for you as Scrum Master (f/m/d)

Become part of our IT Germany team and support us at our location in Eschborn or our system headquarters in Neuenstein (Eastern Hesse) as soon as possible as a Scrum Master (f/m/d)
What can you expect with us?
Teach, mentor, and coach agile principles and practices and foster the growth of people, teams, and the organization
Inspiring and driving enthusiasm for continuous improvement, collaboration and creative problem solving is part of your toolbox
Facilitating meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
Resolving conflicts and eliminating obstacles
Creating an environment of shared ownership
Contributing to the optimization of processes within the organization
Achieve alignment on information strategy and architecture directions
Demonstrating and defending agile values consistently
Supporting the product owners in handling backlogs and new requests
Establishing and maintaining communication channels (team, product owner, stakeholders)
What do you bring to the table?
Certified Scrum Master/Agile Coach
Experience in agile methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean, FlightLevel (Flow Design)
Passion for agile values, people and technology
Profound knowledge in servant leadership, team development and continuous improvement
Detail oriented and well organized with solid problem-solving skills
Very good communication and listening skills
Strong moderation and conflict resolution skills
Passion for building high performing development teams
Knowledge of software development processes
Experience in the implementation of complex IT projects
Expertise with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Good knowledge in requirements and usability engineering
Broad experience with information systems (ideally in logistics)
