- Provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Assist to improve productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines.
- Assist to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise. Assist the outlet manager to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.
- Ensure that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
- Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets.
- Maximise the effectiveness of associates by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
- Encourage associates to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognizing them for their contribution to the success of the operation.
- Supervises the mis en place for each meal period and to make sure the room is ready on time
- Assign duties, responsibilities and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
- Assist the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.

The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
