**What are we looking for**?**

Vice President owns the product business of Quality Assurance (QA) Tools market. You make sure we grow our QA tools business by winning new customers as well as expanding within the existing customer base. You also make sure our product portfolio matches the market expectation and growth opportunities so that we can help our customers to solve their problems with our solutions.

In addition to a growth mindset, we expect that you have industry experience around the quality assurance and experience in scaling global software product business in a very international and distributed environment. Strategic and long-term thinking in alignment with annual business targets is something you are accustomed of.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Business ownership: Responsible for the business line P&L, funnel development and growth
- Leadership: Responsibility to grow, align and lead the whole business unit: sales, marketing, product development, customer support
- Connection with customers and the market as a whole: validate the work of the business unit and have direct relationships with strategic customers, understand the market trends as well as competitive landscape

**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience of managing businesses or products
- Degree in Business, Engineering or similar
- Strong social skills, can lead personnel and convey the value of our products to customers
- Proven ability to scale software product business: set and execute strategy, adjusting to market needs and effectively managing a global organization
- Fluency in English language, ability to travel
