Financial Controller

**Your Tasks**:
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct modeling and scenario analysis for business planning
- Contribute to the development of strategies and long-term business plans
- Define and track relevant KPIs for each business unit/department / function based on the overall strategic direction of the company
- Create informative dashboards and reports to visualize performance trends and highlight areas needing attention
- Perform benchmarking against industry standards to gauge
- Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, liaising with senior management and the resp. Business Controllers to gather input and align budgetary goals with the overall strategic plan
- Create detailed financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business projections to guide resource allocation and financial planning
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets
**Your Profile**:
- Degree in a relevant field, e.g. business administration with a focus on controlling / accounting/finance or a comparable completed training program
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a finance manager/controller in a similar position
- Good and broad knowledge of commercial areas (finance, accounting, controlling, taxation desirable)
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. EG SAP)
- Advanced in MS Office, specifically Excel: Analytics for office
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, other language skills are an advantage
