Sales Development Representative

Our CXM platform delivers actionable insights towards customers as well as in-house. Our team works remote first, but our hub is in Berlin.
Zenloop is on the lookout for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Germany. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth for zenloop, researching and engaging new leads, starting new relationships, and nurturing leads through our pipeline. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a junior salesperson to learn and quickly develop into a SaaS Account Executive.
**Your responsibilities**
- Identify and contact potential customers
- Conduct discovery calls with leads and qualify them
- Set up demo calls for our Account Executive and follow up on leads
- Attend and conduct sales activities at industry events
- Manage admin in the CRM
**What You bring to the table**
- A first experience in a similar position
- At least 1 year experience doing SaaS outreach activities
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
- Outstanding diligence, resilience, and grit
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- A hungry mentality and eagerness to learn
