Final Artwork Designer

As our **Final Artwork Designer**, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across every touchpoint - from retail to packaging. You’ll be part of our fast-growing Design team, where your eye for precision and love for flawless execution will ensure that everything we put out into the world looks and feels just right.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Translate creative concepts into flawlessly executed final artwork across **packaging, retail, and brand assets**.
- ** Adapt and localize designs** for different markets while staying true to our brand guidelines.
- Prepare precise, **print-ready files** with full ownership of quality and accuracy
- Ensure production excellence by checking every detail - from die-cuts to color profiles
- Collaborate closely with **designers, project managers**, and partners** to deliver best-in-class results on point and on time.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- A completed education in **graphic design or media design (e.g. Mediengestalter:in)**.
- At least **2 years of professional experience** in final artwork and prepress.
- A **highly structured, independent way of working** and top-notch organizational skills.
- A **keen eye for detail** and a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Excellent knowledge of the **Adobe Creative Cloud** (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Experience with **image retouching** is a strong plus.
- ** German language skills** are advantageous.
