Body Repair Network Compliance Specialist

What to Expect
As a compliance specialist, you will play an invaluable role within the Tesla Bodyshop network. In this position, you will be part of working in the HQ Body Shop team, and you’ll be in a great opportunity to impact Tesla’s body repair operation and development. You will be responsible for ensuring all external Tesla approved body shops follow the right compliance standards and are fully up to audit requirements. This position requires someone that is flexible, great at solving problems, knows the body shop business and excellent at building relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Support communications, completion, and coordination of audits on the Tesla Approved Body Shop(TABS) network
- Perform physical audits where a reputable 3rd party auditor is not available
- Analyse completed repairs to verify correct repair methods and flat rate times are followed
- Review insurance estimates to identify opportunities to reduce claim costs
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency. This includes standardizing processes/procedures, improve resource management, and training improvements
- Manage tasks and information flow using collaboration software (such as Jira, Confluence, and custom databases)
- Collaborate effectively with teammates on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Work closely with EHS teams to certify compliance to locations across respective country, also ensuring legislation changes are acted upon when related to processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring
- Extensive Body Repair shop experience or Insurance Automotive Claims management experience within the Middle East. Audit management a plus
- Experience in technical program or project management or audit related functions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience coordinating between technical and non-technical team members effectively
- Works well under pressure and can manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage large teams across multiple time zones
- Proficient knowledge in repair estimating systems such as Audatex, Ultramate
- Ability to travel frequently
- Fluent in Arabic AND English
