We are launching an opportunity ideal for those seeking a rewarding career path. At Ecovacs, as a Global Trainee, you will undergo extensive training in our sales and marketing departments. Your role will be crucial in aiding the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring the swift and effective introduction of our products to the market. Following the training phase, you will be seamlessly integrated into our ongoing development and follow-up program, positioning you for a promising career in our dynamic company.

This program allows participants to have the opportunity to rotate in different regions including Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States. Participants will be on a personalized growth plan with tailored growth paths provided based on each individual's career development direction, matching with rich global training resources and guidance from experienced executive mentors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Join the team in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Craft and execute marketing strategies tailored to current market trends, including advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to broaden sales channels, monitor sales progress, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and refine strategies for better market penetration of our products/services.
- Oversee and nurture the company's brand image, contributing to brand promotion activities to boost our visibility and reputation.
- Help organize marketing events like exhibitions and PR campaigns.
- Liaise with different departments to streamline resource utilization and achieve collective goals.
- Engage in our in-house training programs to build a solid foundation in marketing theory and practice, blending academic knowledge with real-world experience to evolve into a skilled marketing professional.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field. Fresh Grad are welcome
- Communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating across departments to move projects forward.
- A creative thinker with a knack for developing innovative marketing strategies and the determination to see them through.
- Proficient in English, encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- A driven individual with a passion for growth, able to stay motivated and positive, and particularly interested in a long-term commitment to the robotics industry.
