Logistics Representative

We are currently looking for a **Logistics Representative (M/F/d)** or **Office Administrator (M/F/d)** with strong English and German language skills to support our experienced logistics team for our client in Estenfeld.

The position is full-time and permanent, with the possibility of Home-office after the initial training period.

**Your daily tasks**:

- Independent processing of shipping and production orders
- Monitoring and updating the status of shipments and orders
- Ensuring on-time deliveries and comprehensive documentation
- Communication with internal departments and external logistics service providers
- Supporting the organization of global shipping processes
- Maintaining key performance indicators and taking over operational logistics tasks
- Customer service in German and English

**Your qualifications**:

- Completed training in a commercial field
- Experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain management, or industrial administration
- Excellent command of both German and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Reliability and flexibility
- Professional behavior in interactions with various stakeholders
