**Duties**: - Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food serve facilities, with up to 12 employees in different locations. - Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods. - Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each facility on a daily basis. - Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions and other work directives. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. - Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. - A one year probationary period may be required. - Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty. - Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. - The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) - and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required (i.e., ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program). - A food handler's certificate is required. Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty. - Work requires the ability lift and carries objects weighing up to 60 pounds. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. **Qualifications**: Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment.
