**What you’ll be doing**:

- Helping customers navigate everything from investments and savings to account services
- Making sure customers get the most out of Nordnet’s tools and features
- Sharing customer feedback internally to improve our products and services
- Working proactively to inspire and educate around saving and investing
- Contributing to a culture of constant improvement and high energy
- Acting as the customer champion internally, influencing product, marketing, and operations

You’ll be one of our first team members serving our German customers. You’ll play a crucial role in building a best-in-class customer experience, from the very beginning.

To succeed in this role, you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You take pride in delivering excellent service, and you believe that great customer experiences come from a mix of empathy, energy and expertise.

- Have a strong drive and a genuine interest in service and finance
- Are fluent in German
- Communicate clearly and confidently both in writing and speech
- Take initiative and ownership to solve customer issues
- Enjoy working with KPIs and continuous improvement
- Have previous experience in customer service (ideally within finance, banking or fintech)
- Hold a degree in finance, economics, or a related field
