**What you'll do**
In your role as Workung Student you will support the CTO customer officers in their day-to-day business and get detailed insights of the role of a customer officer. This includes but is not limited to:
- Being responsible for an excellent preparation of customer and partner meetings and a timely follow-up of defined action items
- Understanding the pain points of our most important customers and translating them into improvement initiatives across our organization.
- Providing a coherent update on our strategic customers to SAP’s CTO and other executive levels
- Working closely together with the account teams to identify and support opportunities which enable our customers to become the Intelligent Enterprise
- Managing the relationship with strategic accounts and supporting critical deals sponsored by the CTO
- Supporting strategic initiatives in the customer context by collaborating with other teams, especially the Business Technology Platform (BTP) customer office.
- Identifying and implementing pro-active safeguarding measures such as customer engagement reviews for our top accounts.
- You will be part of the overall board office team and work closely with all team members and other board areas and board offices.
**What you bring**
You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Background in IT is beneficial
- Preferably some experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc.
- Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
- Fluent in English and German
**Meet your team**
The T&I Board Office in particular facilitates with our CTO’s board responsibilities by making time, information, and decision-making effective within T&I and in collaboration with other board areas. The team supports the CTO’s day-to-day business with the respective governance and relationship building activities across internal and external key stakeholders. Responsibilities also include the meeting preparation of internal as well as external meetings with customers, partners or analysts. Additionally, the CTO Office takes care of any organizational tasks related to our CTO
