**WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?**

The Columbus Flight Director Office is responsible for the **European Segment of the International Space Station (ISS)**, assuring crew and vehicle safety, as well as the mission success. The Columbus Flight Director **leads the Columbus Flight Control Team** in the planning and execution of real-time ISS operations, **in cooperation with NASA and the International Partners of the ISS Program.**

**WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**

We are looking for **experts in Engineering** with **background and interest in Columbus Operations**

If this position sounds like the perfect fit for you, here’s what we’re looking for:

- Engineering degree or equivalent University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent)
- Willingness to work shift for 24/7 support
- Ability to work under stress
- Good team working and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Demonstrable motivation and interest in Human Space Flight/Space Operations
- Demonstrable decision-making and leadership skills

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in Columbus Operations.
