We are looking for a **Director of Growth Marketing, Europe (f/m/d) **to join our Regional Europe Team in our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin. As the Regional Director of Growth, you will work with the Regional CMO, our markets, as well as other regional marketing stakeholders to lead our digital marketing & retention channels.

**Your mission**:

- Define, own and execute our long term user acquisition & retention strategy;
- Manage the strategy & budget for the performance marketing channels and optimize channel mix based on performance and ROI
- Manage the roadmap for segmentation, personalization, and automation across retention channels to drive repeat rate, LTV, and engagement
- Lead the strategy, forecasting, planning and execution of initiatives across owned channels to increase multi-vertical trial & adoption.
- Build a culture of testing and experimentation with the goal of continuously optimizing engagement & growth
- Support scaling existing channels and identify development of new opportunities for growth and improving efficiencies.
- Partner with the subscription team to develop strategies & communication roadmaps across the different segments & markets
- Partner with country teams to plan budgets that drive efficient customer growth, and set a strategic approach to enhance cross-vertical user behavior
- Lead & Mentor the regional growth team and work closely on defining priorities and roadmaps across the different pillars
- Partner with Brand & Campaign teams to devise strategies on customer engagement & communication.

**Your heroic skills**:

- 8-10+ years of direct response multi-channel acquisition marketing experience, primarily at an e-commerce company with an experience directly managing a significant marketing budget.
- Solid Experience in Growth Analytics (Segmentation, Database, CRM Channels)
- A process-driven individual who has effectively managed and executed complex, multi-layer work streams in a matrix organization
- Highly data driven; affinity for driving testing strategies
- Solid experience in building and developing high performing team
- Possess a self-starter mindset
