As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel premises are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. Your tasks will include performing routine maintenance and repairs, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in excellent condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation.
- Carry out minor construction work, such as painting, plastering, and carpentry.
- Maintain and repair hotel fixtures, fittings, and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role.
- Basic carpentry and painting skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of German; additional language skills are a plus.
