Maintenance Coordinator

Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to assigned maintenance employees to achieve the required equipment up time, equipment repairs, and production goals
- Maintain site records and inventories
- Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality
- Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations
- Work with employees to resolve technical and machine problems
- Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program to ensure optimum equipment performance
- Provide the shift to shift communication link in order to keep all team members working toward the same goals
- Communicate to employees all issues that affect the system solution
- Oversee equipment upgrades and retrofit projects, effectively coordinating with supplier support
- Ensure accurate spare parts inventory and on-site availability to support equipment repairs and upgrades
- Participate directly in maintain operations and act as a reference, especially for newcomers
- Characterize issues on site, lead the problem solving process to identify root-causes, escalate blocking points
- Define an implement actions to tackle definitely root-causes
- Implement continuous improvement projects on the site
- Lead or co-lead team rituals according to the framework established by Exotec
- Represent Exotec on-site

**Requirements**:

- You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician (M/F/d) or industrial mechanic (M/F/d), maintenance mechanic (M/F/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in the field of maintenance of production and assembly machines, preferably in the sector of the logistic industry
- You have technical understanding and good practical manual skills
- You have basic knowledge of the structure and geometry of logistic systems, as well as basic knowledge of drive technology, electronics and pneumatics
- Familiar with structured problem solving methods
- Address topics from customers feedback towards specialists in the Exotec network
- Showing customer oriented solution approaches in line with the Exotec values
- Proactive and anticipating mindset
- Certification regarding safety of mechanical and electrical equipment according to county specific regulations
- Ability to coordinate functionally a team of 5-10 technicians
