**Head of Quality | Global Business Unit (m/w/d)**:

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Gesamtverantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement und die Qualitätssicherung in der Business Unit MONORAIL
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung eines effektiven Qualitätssystems in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsvorausplanung.
- Disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden sowie standortübergreifende fachliche Leitung der Qualitätsteams in den Produktionsstandorten
- Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung aller Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Qualität und der QM-Systeme
- Organisation, Durchführung und Begleitung interner und externer Audits sowie Schulungen und Unterweisungen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Umsetzung qualitätsbezogener Kundenanforderungen
- Sicherstellung der operativen Qualitätsanforderungen gemäß den geltenden Normen und Standards
- Laufende Analyse und Optimierung interner sowie externer Qualitätsprozesse entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Förderung einer Kultur des Qualitätsbewusstseins sowie einer Kultur der Teamarbeit & kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Auditierung und Einbindung von neuen Lieferanten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines technischen Studiums oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit nachfolgender Erfahrung in passender Funktion
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge, idealerweise in einer Leitungsfunktion im Qualitätsbereich eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmethoden wie Ishikawa, 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma etc.
- Ausgeprägte Führungs
- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams - insbesondere zur Unterstützung von Wachstum und nachhaltiger Servicequalität
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch & Englisch sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerisches Denken
