To support our team at the **a&o Hostel Hamburg Reeperbahn** we are** looking for YOU** A hardworking and independent as** Student** Studentenjob: Guest Relation / Reception Specialist** (M/F/x).

We are looking for enrolled students, working students, temporary student workers, university students and technical college students who enjoy a part-time job in the hostel.

**YOUR JOB**
- You are the contact person for guests in the lobby and assist them with words and deeds.
- You welcome our arriving groups, e.g. school classes, and familiarize them with the customs and procedures of the hotel.
- For large arrivals you support the guests at the self-check-in and with the check-in preparation formalities.
- The individual greeting and support of the guests at breakfast is part of your duties
- You actively collect guest feedback and encourage our guests to give feedback in the online rating portals
- You actively support at the reception (check-in/check-out)
- The regular control of the online rating portals is your task

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are an **enrolled student** (M/F/x) with a valid certificate of enrollment for a full-time course of study.
- You enjoy contact with guests and dealing with them
- You are an open person and approach people proactively
- Ideally, you already have experience as: Customer Service Representative or Customer Care Representative.
- You have a high degree of commitment and independence
- You have** very good German and good English** skills
