**What you’ll build**

We are looking for a passionate Product Associate / Specialist (f/m/d) in Dresden to join our BTP ABAP Product Management team. You will work in a globally distributed team reporting to the head of BTP ABAP Product Management.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

- Rollout & Knowledge Sharing: Communicate and explain the vision, strategy and roadmap for ABAP Cloud to internal and external business stakeholders.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Work directly with customers and partners to understand needs, collect feedback, build strong reference use cases and understand market trends.
- Adoption & Growth: Drive product adoption and user satisfaction. Gather required product analytics data, from reporting to customer feedback and incorporate it in product vision, strategy to drive data driven decisions.
- Cross-organizational partnership: Strengthen our collaboration with engineering and further evolve cross-functional partnerships with marketing, customer advisory, enablement and other product management teams.
- Meeting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare, moderate, and follow up on meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Document outcomes and ensure smooth and coordinated communication.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor or master degree in a technical or economic discipline
- Knowledge of SAP products and technologies. Knowledge of ABAP Cloud is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn, affinity for emerging technologies and AI
- Highly structured work approach, ability to understand complex topics and interdependencies, excellent organizational skills and strong quality focus
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Experience in customer communication and interaction is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Regular onsite attendance in Dresden is required
