Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the disciplinary and professional management of the recruiting team.
- You develop existing structures and processes with foresight in order to increase the number of DCI employees significantly over the next few years.
- Together with your team, you identify and track particularly successful recruiting channels and define a clear set of KPIs for your team.
- You are responsible for the overall coordination and expansion of active sourcing.
- You work closely with the Head of People & Culture and drive topics forward independently.
- You develop your team with passion

Your Skills
- You have 5+ years of professional experience in the field of talent acquisition
- You are an empathetic leader with first management experience
- In your career you have already helped to build up and structure recruiting departments
- You are characterised by a healthy degree of decisiveness and assertiveness
- You like to use your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training
- You communicate fluently in English (C1) and German (native level)
