As part of our People & Culture team, you’ll play a key role in building an exceptional employee experience — one that supports our growth and reflects our values.

**Your daily tasks will include**

️ support the People & Culture Business Partners throughout the entire employee lifecycle process, from onboarding to offboarding (such as part time requests, parental leave, etc.)

️ operate day to day tasks such as contract creation, contract management, employment reference and vacation certificates

️ prepare and create paychecks in close collaboration with our external tax and payroll office

️ be the go-to person for all People & Culture topics — approachable, helpful, and solutions-focused

️ help shape our internal policies and keep admin processes smooth, efficient, and future-ready

**The following will make you succeed in this role**

**️** several years of relevant experience in HR or People & Culture, plus solid knowledge of local labor law

**️** excellent German and fluent English skills — both written and spoken, for working in an international team

**️** a people-first mindset — you care deeply about employee wellbeing and creating a great workplace
