Product Design Working Student

We are driven by our vision to build a software platform that redefines how millions of B2B sellers and buyers across the globe interact and close deals. We aspire to transform the B2B sales tech market as companies such as Salesforce and HubSpot have done so over the past 20 years.

We are a group of highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and fun people backed by first-class VC investors (Picus Capital); we are working partially from our beautiful office in the heart of Hamburg and partially from home.

Your role

With our pre-seed funding round closed and the product gaining traction with customers, we believe it is now the perfect time to further build our team.

We are looking for top talents and empathetic and curious team players who pick the topics they are passionate about and feel part of the team as you’re a full-time hire with accountability for the work you do. Driven by building a product that helps people make better and faster buying decisions, you can choose from a variety of topics, ranging from product to operations to marketing and even strategy. Make a significant contribution to our development and carve out your name on the newest B2B sales product.

Tasks

You will support our Product team in shaping a product design that will define an entirely new product category within the space for sales software. Our ambition and your mission will be to create a design that gives complex B2B buying processes the look & feel of simplicity. You also have the chance to play a crucial role in the UX

Your Responsibilities
- Define design standards for our B2B SaaS product, website, and marketing materials
- Design interfaces that excite our users
- Create outstanding user experiences, including user stories, wireframes & clickable mock-ups
- Bring your concepts to life in close collaboration with our product and engineering team

**Requirements**:

- You are currently pursuing a degree in UI/UX design (or in a related field) and you have practical experience in the area of UI/UX design and prototyping
- You have advanced skills in Figma and experience in standard design tools (e.g. Adobe CC)
- You actively seek opportunities to grow, learn and advance your skills within but also outside of your area of expertise
- You don't shy away from end-to-end responsibility for your projects
- You have excellent communication skills and speak English fluently

- We hold discussions with you, not interviews. That means, it is as much your decision as it is ours
- Let's be very transparent upfront. We are clear about what is important to us and so should you. If we are not matching due to fundamental ideas e.g., about how to collaborate, let's find it out in the beginning
- Let's have some fun together. In the worst case, we will have spent 30-60 minutes meeting a new person

The typical process lasts about 2-3 hours comprising 3 main discussions.
