Information Security Governance Specialist

**Your team**:
Our Security team is looking for an Information Security Governance Specialist (all).
This role can be in our Riga or Cologne office, hybrid and remote mode are supported.

**Your mission**:

- You develop, implement, and maintain the information security governance framework, policies, and procedures
- You ensure that the company is compliant with relevant information security regulations and standards (e.g. TKG/TTDSG, GDPR, UrhG)
- You ensure compliance with governance requirements of our business partners and customers
- You conduct regular information security risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating risks
- You develop and implement information security awareness program to ensure all employees are aware of the importance of information security
- You work with other members of the security team to ensure that all information security incidents are effectively managed
- You collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to develop and implement information security strategies that are aligned with business goals
- You provide guidance and support to other members of the security team and other departments as needed
- You keep up to date with emerging information security trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement

**Your skills**:

- You have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- You have minimum of 5 years of experience in information security governance, risk management, or compliance
- You have strong knowledge of security regulations and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- You have the relevant information security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are preferred
- You have experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible
- You are fluent in English. German language skills are a strong plus.
