**About the Role**

As an Associate, you will connect our clients with experts. Your responsibilities include:

- ** Understanding Client Needs**: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
- ** Expert Sourcing and Onboarding**: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities.
- ** Adaptability**: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
- ** Client Excellence**: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

**Profiles We Are Seeking**

**Fluency in English and one or more South East Asian language is essential.**

**Interview Process**

**2**nd** Stage Interview**:At stage two, you will meet with two of our first line Managers who will ask you further questions about your experience and interest in Atheneum, you will also participate in a short Case Study discussion. This interview will last approximately 60 minutes.

**3**rd** Stage Interview**: The third and final stage interview will be with two Account Managers who will conduct a Mock Negotiation Call with you and ask you any outstanding questions the team may have. This interview will also last approximately 60 minutes.
- Please note all interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams unless stipulated otherwise by a member of the Talent Team._
