Galavanisation/plating Technician

**Job Purpose**:
The objective is to develop customized solutions, provide technical support to customers, introduce new processes and products, manage projects and collaborate with various departments

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop customized solutions for our customers and implement them on-site
- Provide technical support to our customers and promote the sales of our products
- Introduce new or optimized processes and products to the market and actively support them
- Lead projects and collaborate with the team on projects of other colleagues
- Work closely with the R&D, Marketing, and Sales departments as well as with suppliers of equipment and process technology
- Oversee beta site tests of new products with our customers
- Create process instructions, specifications, reports, and presentations for internal and external purposes
- Conduct training sessions for our customers and employees

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Completed training as a surface treatment technician/master or a comparable qualification (e.g., chemical engineer)
- Proven experience in project planning and execution
- Ideally familiar with statistical experiment design and analysis
- Good English skills
- Independent working style, strong communication skills, team spirit, and creativity
- Analytical and structured approach, flexibility, and resilience
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel, including abroad
- Ideally residing in the north of NRW or Lower Saxony
