**Bayer Finance Graduate Program - Controlling Trainee (M/F/d)**

**Exciting projects, international teams and continuous learning and growth - this is what awaits you when you join us as a trainee. During your 18-month trainee program, you will gain a comprehensive overview and excellent insights into Bayer´s different businesses and finance areas in assignments around the globe. Through this practice-oriented trainee program you will make valuable contributions to the Bayer organization, pursue international development prospects and collaborate with colleagues across different cultures.**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be actively involved in key controlling processes such as planning & forecasting and reporting
- Act as a valued business partner (M/F/d) to the management and enable business steering
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and define measures
- Support the development of innovative digital solutions
- Constantly face new, exciting tasks and projects while passing through a range of different rotations within Controlling (FP&A, Research & Development and Product Supply Controlling or Performance management) and adjacent functions like Accounting, Internal Audit & Risk Management and Treasury across different Bayer locations worldwide

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Above average master´s degree in Economics / Business Administration / industrial engineering or equivalent with a focus in Finance & Controlling or related bachelor’s degree with relevant 2-3 years professional experience
- Affinity to use Data Analytics or other digital tools to support better decision making (e.g., SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI)
- Initial work experience through business specific internships
- International and intercultural experience, acquired either during studies or internships abroad
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Flexibility and mobility for international assignments
- High degree of commitment as well as ability to act for continuous improvement
- Eager to learn, to think out of the box and to explore new skills, insights, and new ways of working
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- A flexible hybrid work model
- 5-6 different rotations in Controlling areas in divisional finance and corporate controlling and other related finance areas (e.g. Accounting, Internal Audit & Risk management), with at least 1 rotation abroad in a Bayer country organization. In addition, we offer the opportunity of a sales force rotation to experience the business operations very closely
