Would you like to join the bread and butter business of controlling? As Functional Controlling team we form an integral part of the Controlling department and are responsible for cost controlling within RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. Our goal is to create transparency around operating costs and continuously increase cost awareness throughout the organisation. Within RWE Supply & Trading GmbH we do a yearly full cost allocation to our front office areas, so cost controlling is very important to us. We are a team of 8 international and enthusiastic team players who work jointly in a dynamic and hybrid working environment.
- Committed contribution to the yearly Mid-term-plan and Cost Allocation process
- Support in centrally conducted Forecasts and Mid-term-plan updates
- Self-reliant data management and analysis in SAP, CPIS and Microsoft Excel (ensuring consistency of data)
- Active and enthusiastic partnering of several business areas in all questions around operating costs (Business Partnering), including analysis and commenting on plan versus actuals comparisons
- Independently conducting special analysis and ad-hoc requests and where necessary preparing concise presentations on findings (e.g. questions by the Management Board or Operating Committee)
- Autonomous alignment / cooperation of interfaces outside of Controlling (e.g. Accounting, Tax, IT-Controlling, HR)
- Pro-active and creative development of applied tools and processes / approaches

**Your powerful skills**
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration or a related field of study, ideally with a focus on controlling
- Very good analytical, comprehension and communication skills as well as a strong team spirit, sense of humour and fun to work in international teams
- Experienced handling of Excel, enthusiasm for the efficient processing of large amounts of data (also in SAP and CPIS)
- Independent and quality-oriented way of working, speed, strongly committed, flexible
- Ability to present complex issues precisely and in an easy to understand way (also with the help of Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and English in order to work in an international environment

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Relevant professional experience beneficial, preferably with SAP and advanced Excel (incl. VBA programming) knowledge
