**Sales Director EMEA (M/F/d)**

**Your task**
- Lead, guide and support all regional EMEA sales organizations in formulating and achieving their sales goals and strategies
- Define the best go-to-market approach with all sales organizations, the required resources and to implement the structure
- Identify market opportunities and pro-actively drive towards winning them
- Establish and manage sales targets for the whole EMEA region to ensure achievement of the annual operating plan in bookings, sales and profitability
- Analyze sales results and trends for proactive actions and countermeasures to achieve objectives
- Align all sales activities and plans with Demand Generation/Marketing and Product Management
- Define strategic goals and targets next to overall bookings and sales targets and monitor its implementation
- Create an active and collaborating sales network across EMEA and promote and push global collaborations beyond brands and regions
- Ensure good communication across regions and functions (e.g. Operations)
- Stimulate an active global communication with frequent exchange meetings (virtual or personal)

**The requirement**
- Strong sales leadership experience in a Process Equipment environment
- Experience of working in both privately owned and listed matrixed environments
- Experience of leading sales teams remotely and internationally
- Proven success in developing sales strategy and successful implementation of same
- Proven success in driving growth in equipment sales as well as aftermarket services
- Fluent in English
- Experience in offering solutions rather than just equipment in order to drive aftermarket
- Willing and able to undertake extensive travel as required
