**What you´ll do**

You will be part of the SAP Labs Munich team and work closely with the SAP Labs Munich Customer Engagement Lead being exposed to a variety of topics while you are given the opportunity to shape a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience at Munich Urban Colab and the new SAP Labs Munich Office on TUM Campus in Garching with high impact to our SAP Labs Munich customer strategy pillar.

In your role you will:

- set-up a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience, from booking process over execution and follow-up of internal, customer and partner meetings/design thinking / events
- coordinate internal and external booking requests (via VMS and Nexudus) at Munich Urban Colab
- role out of the new release of the internal room booking system (VMS)
- support internal and external meetings / design thinking / events
- support the communication with Munich Urban Colab
- support the internal communication with several SAP teams from sales, services, development teams and many more
- support setting up the concept and processes for the Experience Center in our new SAP Labs Munich Office on TUM Campus in Garching

**What you bring**
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business administration, marketing, event, project management, or similar fields of study
- Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English, good writing skills
- You are visionary and don’t lose focus even in a fast-changing and dynamic environment
- You can work independently, are very engaged, and think strategically
- You are creative, collaborative and customer oriented
