Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem motivierten **Technical Author** (m/w/d) für einen renommierten Automobilhersteller **in Frankfurt.** Der Technical Author ist für die Stärkung des Händlersupports im Bereich Technik und Sicherstellung der technischen Kommunikation zur Steigerung der Kundenzufridenheit zuständig.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Erstellung von technischen Tipps auf Basis von Hotlinefällen, Mehrfachreparaturen und Qualitätsbeanstandungen
- Analyse von Qualitäts
- und Kundenbeanstandungen in den Bereichen Garantie & technische Hotline, Erstellung von Qualitätsreports an die Herstellerwerke und Entwicklungszentren
- Unterstützung & Beratung der Kundenbetreuung bei technischen Fragen
- Hilfestellung an „Customer Service“ bei Rechtsfällen
- Bearbeitung von Anforderungen vom Außendienst, Händleranfragen und Anfragen seitens KME/KMC nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
- Koordination und Veranlassung der Händler-Erstausstattung mit Diagnosetestern
- Gesamte Abwicklung und Koordination im Bereich Spezialwerkzeuge
- Erstellung von Wartungsplänen und sonstigen servicerelevanten Dokumenten & Formularen

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Automobilbereich mit technischem Hintergrund
- Idealweise mit Weiterbildung zum technischen Redakteur
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Background
- Erfahrung im After Sales
- Bereich auf Händlerseite
- Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von technischer Dokumentation
- Didaktische Fähigkeiten, insbesondere die Fähigkeit komplexe technische Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht, verständlich und sachlich richtig darzustellen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Korrespondenzsichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, technisches Englisch von Vorteil
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
