We are seeking an experienced and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. As the Graphic Designer you are responsible for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials for justtrack’s products and services. You play a crucial role in promoting our brand and value proposition to our target audience.

At justtrack we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers an attractive toolset to handle their entire global marketing growth process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights.

Tasks
- Develop and implement the justtrack brand guidelines and visual identity
- Create marketing campaigns such as online ads, brochures, infographics, and social media posts
- Collaborate with the product teams and technical writer to develop visual concepts that effectively communicate justtrack's value proposition, features, and benefits
- Work with developers and UX designers to ensure the design of marketing materials is functional and user-friendly
- Streamline customer and partner requirements and questions during the onboarding process

**Requirements**:

- Strong Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Marketing Experience: Good understanding of marketing concepts and being able to create design materials that effectively communicate justtrack’s message and value proposition.
- Branding Knowledge: Knowledgeable about branding and have experience in creating visual identities for brands, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Creativity and Innovation: Creative mind and being able to bring fresh ideas to the table to help the company stand out in a crowded market.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Work effectively with other teams, and communicate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Handle multiple projects and priorities and be able to pivot quickly to meet changing needs.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of web technologies and being able to create designs that are optimized for the web and meet accessibility standards.
- Bonus: Knowledge of mobile marketing, games and analytics
