Marketing Assistant English Remote

As a Marketing Assistant, you will help elevate our marketing initiatives to the next level while maintaining a strong brand image with our customers. This position reports to the Head of Marketing. This is a remote position, however, a preference will be given to applicants near Munich or Augsburg.
**You’ll be responsible for**:
Managing our social media presence
- Creating and posting thought-provoking and audience-engaging social posts on LinkedIn to engage our target audience.
- Monitoring engagement metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
- Exploring new ways to engage with our audience and grow our online presence.
Optimizing our website to SEO (Search engine optimization) best practices and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page optimization techniques.
- Analyze website performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in maintaining website content and ensuring it aligns with SEO guidelines.
Monitoring and managing our PPC (Pay per click) ads on Google and LinkedIn
- Optimize ads for maximum reach, click-through rates, and cost-efficiency.
- Generate insights and suggestions for continual improvement based on campaign data.
Assisting with research on competitors, software, and other topics assigned by the Head of Marketing.
Collaborating with the global marketing team on:
- creating visually appealing content and graphics for marketing materials.
- ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and company standards.
**Qualifications, Interests, Experience**
A strong interest in modern digital marketing is required. You will be trained and guided on the latest marketing software and best practices. Additional online, educational marketing resources will be recommended, and self-guided education is highly encouraged.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Native-level fluency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in marketing, self-education, and learning new skills
- Creative, curious, and motivated to continually seek out areas for improvement
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as with a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Willingness to experiment
- Ability to create great working relationships with all levels within the company and across multiple disciplines
