Full-time / Part-time - Any **Working at Brammibal's**: Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company founded in 2015 by our two CEOs, Jessica and Bram. Today, we run nine locations in Berlin and five in Hamburg, serving our delicious vegan donuts and specialty coffee. Join us and help change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time. **About the job**: - As part of our **Service / FOH Team**, you'll be one of the faces of Brammibal's Donuts. Serving our customers with a big, warm smile, helping them with your donut expertise, and making the most delicious coffee: these are the most important parts of your job.- You will also help with the daily cleaning and organization in the store, so that the presentation of our donuts is always on point.- Each of our stores is managed by a Shop Manager, who is your direct supervisor and will instruct and support you in your daily work. Read our "Behind the Donuts" interviews with our team members _Alisha_ and _Justice_._ **About you**: - You love to put a smile on customers' faces and know exactly what is important in customer service- You are trustworthy, reliable and punctual- You have a health certificate (food hygiene certificate from the health department - you can catch up on this as soon as you know that you are starting with us)- You have ideally English and some German language skills.- Experience in preparing speciality coffee is a plus- Experience working in restaurants / cafes / hospitality / customer service oriented field- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays- You are available at least 3 days per week (we do not offer mini-jobs - you would need to be available at least 12-20 hours per week) **What we offer**: - Hourly wage €13,00 at entry level, €13,40 after successful training- Different and flexible time modules (working student, part-time, full-time, varying from approx. 12-20, 20-30 or 30-37.5 hours per week)- Good planning & work-life balance: we prepare the schedule monthly, and you’ll receive it 2-3 weeks before the new month begins - giving you plenty of time to plan ahead- Feedback: We give you regular feedback and want to hear yours - scheduled meetings with your supervisor after one, three and six months- Deutschlandticket for only €6 per month- Urban Sports Club membership with over 500+ sports activities in Berlin for only €10 per month- Tax-free Sunday & holiday bonuses (25-50%) and tips- Free donuts and specialty coffee + discount on our products- Free pair of vegan work shoes to work with us- Discount with our fast food friends at Vincent Vegan - At Brammibal's Donuts, we treat all applicants equally, regardless of gender, color, ethnic or social origin, language, religion or belief, age, marital status, physical disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.
