**Standort**: Hamburg
Das erwartet dich bei uns
- Bearbeitung operativer und strategischer Compliance-Fragen im Zusammenhang mit den Exportkreditgarantien des Bundes, insbesondere zu Themen des Sanktions
- und Exportkontrollrechts, der Korruptions
- und Geldwäscheprävention, des Datenschutzes, sowie zu den Themen Know-Your-Customer und Anti-Fraud-Management.
- Beratung der zuständigen Ministerien des Bundes sowie unserer Kunden, die Exporteure und Banken
- Kontakt zu Stakeholdern wie Verbänden, NGOs oder Informationsanfragenden, inkl. Unterstützung des Bundes bei der Beantwortung von Parlamentarischen Anfragen, IFG/UIG-Anfragen, Presseanfragen etc.
- Entwicklung fundierter Lösungsmöglichkeiten für Rechtsfragen betreffend konkrete Einzelgeschäfte und allgemeine Grundsatzfragen
- Aufbau von Know-how im Bereich der staatlichen Exportfinanzierung und -absicherung
- Aufbau eines Netzwerks innerhalb der deutschen Export
- und Finanzwirtschaft (Banken und Exporteure)
Das bringst du mit
- Examina der Rechtswissenschaften / Volljurist: in
- Ausgewiesenes juristisches und Compliance-Know-how, ein wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Interesse an der Exportwirtschaft, Exportfinanzierung und internationalem Handel
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Außenhandel oder bei einer Bank bzw. Bankrechtskenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, komplizierte Sachverhalte kurz und verständlich darzustellen und Dritte zu beraten
- Flexibilität - fachlich und auch örtlich für vorübergehende Stationen in Berlin
- Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Sicheres Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Neugier und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ChatGPT, generativer KI und ethischen KI-Lösungen ist ebenfalls von Vorteil
