Beginning in 2021, Rallycross Promoter GmbH is the commercial rights holder for the FIA World Rallycross Championship and the FIA European Rallycross Championship.

A Munich-based joint venture of Red Bull GmbH and KW25 GmbH, Rallycross Promoter is a sister company of WRC Promoter GmbH, the commercial rightsholder for the FIA World Rally Championship and FIA European Rally Championship.

The FIA World Rallycross Championship 2025 is a series of 8 rounds of Rallycross racing - a sport that began over 50 years ago. Gaining World Championship status in 2014 the FIA World Rallycross Championship is a series of races held in numerous locations across the globe, such as Portugal, Hungary, Canada, Sweden and Australia.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
We are now looking for an intern in the event management sector.

**EVENT MANAGEMENT**
- Preparation and implementation of the World RX events - from the start of the European season in Hungary to the season final in Australia.
- Active exchange with external service providers and agencies.
- Coordination and implementation of selected sponsoring activations during the events.
- Proactive support in the further development of the event program and the development of new ideas.

**ORGANISATION & ADMINISTRATION**
- Creation of process and project plans as well as the associated quality management.
- Creation of presentations and reports.
- Research and creation of strategic conceptual elaborations and analyses.

**TEAM SUPPORT**
- Support of the event team worldwide on-site in the strategic and operational implementation of all World RX events.
- Cooperation with different departments and ensuring the flow of information.

**Qualifikationen**:

- You are completing your bachelor's or master's degree in the field of sports, sports management, event management, marketing or similar.
- You have initial practical experience in project management and/or coordination of events.
- You are characterized by excellent communication skills, organizational talent, quick perception, sociability and enthusiasm.
- Flexible and unconventional thinking as well as very good MS Office skills
- You like to be on the go - even at the weekend.
- You have very good verbal and written English communication skills.
- And last but not least, you bring yourself quickly into a team with a lot of passion, humor and the necessary composure.
