**What we’re looking for**:
Manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle and be the talent expert at Autodoc. As a **Senior Recruiter for our B2B Sales** functions you will be responsible for implementing, and executing effective recruitment strategies and processes to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's hiring goals
- Talent Expert: Leverage market data and sourcing channels to identify, engage and asses talent for the companies hiring needs
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying potential areas for improvement and proposing solutions
- Gatekeeper: Leverage effective communication and assessment skills to ensure the talent we engage with matches the competencies needed at AUTODOC
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a dynamic fast paced environment, preferably for commercial functions: business development, sales etc. roles
- ** Proficiency in English and German**
- Experience hiring for German market focused sales roles is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, behavioural interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ability to identify challenges, and develop creative solutions is important in addressing recruitment obstacles and ensuring smooth processes
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
