Als Teil unseres Finance-Teams gestaltest du aktiv den finanziellen Erfolg von air up mit und trägst dazu bei, unser Wachstum weltweit voranzutreiben.

Mit deinem Blick für Zahlen sorgst du dafür, dass wir jederzeit die richtigen Daten zur Hand haben, um smarte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Du kennst dich mit den wesentlichen nationalen Steuerarten aus und hast Lust, in einem kleinen, spezialisierten Team Verantwortung zu übernehmen? Dann bist du genau die richtige Verstärkung für unser Accounting-Team

**Deine Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortest Du die gesamte Buchhaltung unserer drei Gesellschaften - mit Schwerpunkt auf das Hauptbuch sowie Nebenbücher und den Jahresabschluss nach HGB.
- Du behältst stets den Überblick über Zahlungsfristen und -beträge und lieferst wertvolle Einblicke für eine fristgerechte Planung.
- Die monatliche Buchhaltung von steuerlichen Sachverhalte sowie die Verbuchung von Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnungen gehören zu deinen regelmäßigen Aufgaben.
- Du bringst dich in weitere Accounting-Themen ein, wie z. B. die Debitoren
- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für (inter-)nationale Steuerthemen und stellst in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Steuerberatern eine fristgerechte Abgabe aller Meldungen sicher.
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der steuerlichen Strukturierung unserer nationalen und internationalen Betriebsstätten.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit mit cross-functional Teams.

**Du hast**:

- ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- bereits mind. 3 Jahre entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Accounting gearbeitet (im Idealfall hast du eine Idee, wie produzierende Unternehmen funktionieren)
- eine entsprechende Weiterbildung (z.B.Steuerfachwirt:in, Bilanzbuchhalter:in) ist ein Plus
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel)
- bereits Erfahrungen mit ERP Systemen und Buchhaltungssoftware (vorzugsweise Microsoft Business Central)
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
