Technical Customer Success Specialist

**Your role**
You will achive your targets by: raising the efficiency of customer requests processing by providing technical expertise in customer meetings and supporting the team; ensuring a timely response in case of an incident and acting as the main source of support for the Incident Manager; and by ensuring efficient communication with our customers, what is measurable through the internal system (e.g. response time, resolution time and further KPIs).
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or alternatively Master Electrician/Cooling or Master Technician with main focus on electrical systems and equipment
- Min. 5 years of work experience in Service Support in the Data Center industry with deep technical systems knowledge
- Fluent in business and technical English and German
- Expert in technical data center operations (e.g. maintenance, repairs, processes, systems)
- Skilled in data center industry knowledge
- Proven Teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persistent to solve the customer request/problem
