**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Become a part of our HR Operations team by joining us as of February 1st, limited until December 31st, 2025. Together as a team of 7, we as HR Business Partners and Specialists drive all operational HR processes and are the first point of contact for employees and leaders in all HR matters.

/ You support employees and leaders throughout their entire employment and coordinate administrative, personnel, and labor law matters
/ You check personnel measures taking care of legal, tariff, and company specifics and prepare the corresponding documents
/ You will administer the HR IT entries and manage the personnel files
/ You take part in the further development, digitalization, and optimization of HR processes

**YOUR SKILLS**:
/ You successfully completed a commercial training, ideally focussing on HR or have a bachelor’s degree in a related field
/ You already gained some years of experience in a generalist HR admin role
/ You have very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HR, and ideally worked with SAP Success Factors
/ Your German and English language is on a very good level, both written and spoken
/ You are a team player and value service-oriented cooperation with managers and employees
