Would you like to support our Customer Experience (CX) Strategy team with challenging tasks? Than we have just the right job for you as a working student Marketing & Public Relations in our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organized individual to join our CX Strategy team to support the team on large-scale Marketing and Public Relations (PR) projects and to drive smaller-scale projects independently. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience of working in a cross-functional and international team at headquarter level and contribute to raising the external profile and presence of our Specialty Medicines Business Division (cardiovascular therapeutic area) with both commercial and public audiences.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of portfolio and PR campaigns and initiatives for cardiovascular therapeutic area (at above-brand/portfolio level)
- Support the creation and referencing of non-promotional campaign materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Content administration and management for digital asset management (DAM) system, intranet, website, social media in liaison with other teams
- Help coordinate and execute events, such as trainings, summits, and workshops
- Assist in the development and implementation of portfolio and PR tactics
- Assist the brand teams in maintaining consistent DAM and branding across all marketing and PR materials

**Personal skills and professional experience**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Skills to organize, coordinate and execute on details, while keeping the big picture in sight
- Hands-on mentality, proactive mindset, ability to work on several topics at the same time, openness to gain experience in all areas of Marketing & Public Relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and/or cardiovascular therapeutic area is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
