System Integrator

Mars Holding GmbH is a leading transport and logistics company based in Nuremberg. Founded as a family business, the company has grown into a key player in the logistics industry. Today, Mars Holding GmbH operates internationally, coordinating the work of numerous courier drivers who deliver thousands of parcels daily with a large fleet of vehicles. In addition to parcel delivery, the company also offers passenger transport through the Bolt platform as well as truck transport services, further expanding the scope of its operations.

**Experience Required**: 2-3 years (hands-on, project-based)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, configure, and integrate IT systems and network infrastructures
- Install and commission hardware and software solutions at client sites
- Analyze and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site
- Maintain and support existing IT infrastructures
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to technical documentation
- Act as a technical contact for customers and vendors regarding system-related inquiries

**Required Qualifications**:

- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification
- Solid knowledge in network administration, Windows Server environments, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and backup solutions is a strong advantage
- A structured, independent working style and strong team spirit
- Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work situations
- Good written and spoken German and Russian language skills desirable
