- Analysis and monitoring of market dynamics, such as trade, planners, users and end users and competition
- Derivation of market requirements and potential analyses of the portfolio, the task fields as well as the products
- Target group oriented product conception and positioning by means of market and core messages as well as development of sales-promoting arguments
- Development and implementation of international product and market launches
- Development of strategies to increase sales, revenues and earnings, in close cooperation with the market and sales managers of the countries and regions
- Development of product roadmaps in connection with meaningful business cases
- Evaluation and support of continuous innovation ideas with regard to market positioning and opportunities, customer and market requirements as well as examination of production-side feasibility and value enhancement
- Preparation of strategic decision bases for management
- Continuous reporting from the area of responsibility by means of an internal reporting structure
- Use and design of the roadmap and the functional strategy with the strategy tools relevant to the division
- Design of innovation processes and technical leadership of the responsible portfolio area

**Your profile**
- Successfully completed engineering studies with additional business qualification or corresponding business experience
- Several years of professional experience in product and/or market management
- Distinct social competence with leadership skills, persuasiveness as well as communication and cooperation skills
- Analytical, methodical and goal-oriented approach to work, coupled with a high degree of independence
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, flanking the understanding of financial and sales-oriented key figures
- Assertiveness as well as confident appearance towards decision makers and relevant interfaces
- Very good written and spoken German and English as well as intercultural competence
