**What you can expect**:

- In a period of 2 years you will rotate through different teams and receive on-the-job coaching from experts.
- Depending on you and your interests you will work in different departments like Customer Service, Product Marketing, Product Support Engineering, Quality, Sales etc. to obtain various insights. A mixture of technical and commercial departments is also possible.
- Different assignments each with a period of 3-6 months enable you to establish a broad international business network.
- By attending internal and external trainings you will develop yourself as a professional.

**What you bring**:

- A recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Electronics, Mechatronics or any other field with an evidence of interest in Electronics
- Graduates / or up to three years of professional experience
- Advanced English and German language skills
- Ability to establish international relationships built on trust and to promote teamwork and collaboration with customers, colleagues and partners
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions
