**AMAZON MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST**:

**Purpose of the Role**:
As our new Marketplace Specialist you will join a global and very international team of PPC, content and Marketplace Strategy Experts, that help drive Digital Maturity Projects for our strongly growing tier 1 client portfolio coming from many different industries.

To analyze, set-up and optimize PPC campaigns on marketplaces, specifically on Amazon, with the best tools industry-wide will be one of your responsibilities. You will create and manage content on product detail pages to optimize for SEO, increase visibility, UX and conversion rates, as well as independently communicate with customers. With the Head of Marketplaces you will identify and develop growth strategies for new and existing customers.

**Key Requirements & Qualifications**:

- 4+ years experience in digital marketing and / or e-commerce
- 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central (including advertising)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in German (C2) and English
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills on e-commerce KPIs, like ROAS, CTR, CVR, OOC etc.
- Ability to directly and independently communicate with customers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work packages
- Knowledge with marketplace tools like: Helium 10, PacVue, Keepa etc.

**Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain at your discretion all client PPC campaigns within designated ROI and Spend Targets
- Improving content and uploading of completed work to Amazon or 3P software via flat files
- Reviewing key data points weekly to develop action items for the week
- Regular review and updating of Client Business Plans
- Identify, Discuss and Resolve Client concerns and issues
- Format and Upload large data sets
- Presenting progress to customers and internally
- Analyze marketplace and product opportunities for up
- and cross-selling opportunities
- Edit and review marketing decks and reports for clients
- Researching new marketing strategies & launch plans for clients
