**About the Role**
As a **Junior UX Designer**in our **Doctor Experience Team**, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to empower doctors with intuitive tools that make telemedicine simple and effective. You'll design features that directly shape how doctors interact with patients via our platform, used daily in clinics across Germany.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Design with purpose**: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and UI improvements
- **Drive user-centric innovation**: Support qualitative and quantitative UX research — from usability tests to surveys and interviews
- **Translate insights into action**: Analyse feedback and usage data to craft solutions grounded in real user needs
- **Bridge design & development**: Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to ensure clean hand-offs and solid implementation
- **Strengthen our design language**: Use and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
**What You Bring**
We’re looking for a designer who's early in their career — but already passionate about doing work that matters.
**Must-haves**:
- Degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, or similar
- 1-2 years of practical experience (internships, working student roles, or entry-level)
- A strong UX/UI portfolio showing your process and impact (research, prototypes, A/B testing)
- Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, or similar tools
- Strong aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of user-centred design
- **Excellent communication skills**— able to adapt your message across different audiences, from developers to doctors
- **Confident presentation skills**— able to clearly explain your design decisions and thought process
- **Ability to convince and influence**— backed by data, empathy, and design rationale
- **Genuine passion for improving healthcare**and making a positive impact through design
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
**Nice-to-haves**:
- Basic skills in HTML/CSS
- Experience in the healthcare or telemedicine space
