In order to provide our customers with an individual and sustainable shopping experience, our teams’ focus lies on the innovative and creative improvement of our Omnichannel-Concept. The intern supports the Influencer Relations Manager as first contact for all influencer topics within C&As European Marketing organisation. They research and follow social media and creator trends to catch the latest developments on the platforms. They help coordinate influencer cooperations with influencers or agencies. They help developing, organising and implementing influencer activities throughout various social media channels and support local activities in the countries. **Your responsibilities at C&A** - In charge of Content Editorial Calendar - Supporting Clockhouse productions - from concept until asset delivery - Monitor trends, identify possible (influencer) content approaches, analyze internal and external feedback and create adjustment proposals - Creation of influencer briefings and concepts, including influencer suggestions throughout Europe - Supporting exclusive influencer seedings - Supporting final influencer asset delivery to all important internal stakeholders - Monitoring influencer performance with existing monitoring tools - Close alignment with external agencies as necessary **At C&A you can look forward to** - An exciting job in an international and inspirational working environment - In-depth induction into your new role - A positive working atmosphere with an open feedback culture - The option to work from home - In addition, you will enjoy attractive discounts including on a public transport travel pass **What we expect of you** - Currently studying or finished studies in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields - Strong interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal) - Strong online affinity & knowledge of digital trends, influencers and creators - Research and follow social media and creator trends to catch the latest developments on the platforms - Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment - Open minded to continuous change and improvement - Positive forward-looking mindset with "can do" attitude - Fluent in German and English, preferably fluent in one more language - C&A fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
