Warehouse Supervisor

As Warehouse Supervisor (Vorarbeiter), you will play a hands-on role in our warehouse, spending most of your time on the shop floor to support day-to-day operations. This is your role:

- Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unloading, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Guide and mentor warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
- Assist with onboarding, training and developing team members to maintain a high-performing team.
- Monitor workflows on the shop floor to ensure productivity targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
- Uphold and promote a strong culture of health, safety and compliance in all warehouse activities.

**What you bring**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, logistics or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English (conversational level); basic knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
- Forklift driver license and proficiency in operating material handling equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Capacity to think outside the box, finding the best solutions for pallet storage and optimizing warehouse layouts.
