**Intro**:
Stratosphere Games is an AAA mobile game developer based in Berlin, Germany, looking for an Associate Producer to support the development of existing and upcoming projects.

As an Associate Producer, you will work closely with the Producers and key stakeholders to support the seamless execution and success of the project. You will be responsible for collaborating on the development and implementation of the roll-out and operations plan, ensuring it aligns with the project’s goals. Your role will involve acting as the main point of contact for various teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth communication and efficient coordination. You will be the go-to person for all aspects of the product’s live operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and effectively.

**Your mission**:
**Project and Milestone Management**:

- Track sprint and milestone progress, supporting project management efforts
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the product backlog under the Game Director’s guidance
- Contribute to roadmap maintenance, progress tracking, and milestone planning
- Organize and facilitate sprint ceremonies and retrospectives
- Prepare project performance reports, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis

**Cross-Department and External Communication**:

- Support communication between departments and external partners
- Foster collaboration through cross-departmental communication and coordination
- Assist in maintaining smooth communication for live game updates and releases
- Coordinate with QA, Publishing, and platform teams for timely releases

**Risk and Dependency Management**:

- Identify, document, and report potential risks and bottlenecks to the Producer
- Help identify dependencies, gather estimates, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place

**Team and Process Support**:

- Provide support to team members by addressing needs and challenges
- Contribute to building a positive team culture and supporting team morale
- Assist in managing live game updates, incidents, and maintenance processes
- Help document and implement development processes and procedures
- Learn from and assist other Producers, contributing to team success

**Your profile**:

- Detail-oriented and organized
- Good communicator with the ability to work well in teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and adapt to new situations
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in English
- Self-starting mindset and a strong feeling of ownership of the product
- Experience in working with project planning software (we currently use JIRA)
