Today, ASML in Berlin has 1,600 employees, is a major ASML R&D and production facility with expertise in optics and wafer chuck technology.
Our CRE (Corporate Real Estate) division is responsible for all ASML buildings, infrastructures and facilities throughout their service lives. It plays a crucial role in the change and development processes that will take us into completely new dimensions. CRE not only manages our significant facility expansion, it also ensures top performance of our critical systems. We want to strengthen ourselves with a controller to be able to realize this approach.
As a member of our global business engineering community you will be working closely with our CRE Berlin & EU management team, the Head of CRE Berlin & EU and tangential sectors within ASML Berlin in this exciting and newly created role. Together you will provide business information and sustainable reporting to ensure corporate targets are met and this information will become the guidelines for business-critical decisions. You will realize cross-divisional improvements through transparency.
Your target is to increase the efficiency of our CRE Berlin & EU organization by creating, using and optimizing relevant key-figure solutions and dashboards. You will have to develop improvement recommendations and lead relevant projects under this context.
You will also have to represent us as our technical representative at CRE Performance Management Berlin & EU and work closely with ASML facilities throughout the world.

- Coordinating the budget and investment processes in the CRE Berlin & EU (field locations) divisions by being the central contact for the finance department
- Controlling regular budget expenditures and transparency in the form of CRE controlling to ensure that targets are met
- Supporting the CRE Berlin & EU divisions by providing target/actual data and reports about:

- Cost transparency (Opex / Capex); land utilization ratio
Work and operational safety
Business continuity and internal customer orientation
Employee performance; Sustainability; Service provider performances
Project results (existing and new developments)
Service level performance (internal & contractor); Other relevant KPIs
Creating regular and recurring KPI reports and presentations for CRE areas and senior management
- Consolidating KPI's, as well as creating forecast values for target achievement in the event of existing deviations
- Moderating the regular structural committee with participation by ASML CRE Corporate, CRE Berlin & EU and the local management of ASML Berlin
- Initiating, implementing and promoting improvement projects related to the performance of relevant CRE factors
- Project-side implementing of established ASML solutions and standards
- Responsibility for successful project implementation (in relation to relevant CRE factors) through collaborating with relevant divisions
- Implementing project-specific KPIs, including analyzing discrepancies and planning countermeasures
