**As a Team Member**: Kitchen you get the opportunity to showcase your skills in different areas of the restaurant. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to work with us as a Team Member: Kitchen. You will be responsible for keeping the Dining Room and Kitchen Areas clean throughout your shift. You will also be responsible for assisting in basic food preparation.

Mina is an Asian inspired All-Day Fast Casual Restaurant launched in Berlin, Germany. We believe in cool vibes and “Good Earth” principles.

**Our menu is primarily focused on three areas**: Baos, a Taiwanese sandwich, that allows us to feature the diverse flavors of Asia; Greens, grilled, roasted, braised, or cold, assembled to bring the umami flavors of that region; and lastly, Soft Serve, our small-batch ice cream blends that are free of dairy, soy, and any additives/preservatives. Tasks

**Your job responsibilities will be**:

- Preparing the food ingredients as requested by

the Kitchen Manager
- Helping in unloading the food deliveries
- Cleaning the kitchen stations at all times
- Washing of all service items
- Sweeping and mopping of floors Front & Back of

House and all common areas, including WC and Toilette
- Stocking the food items properly in dry and cold

storage
- Checking the inventory levels and reporting to

the Kitchen Manager
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Collecting dirt and debris at regular intervals
- Retrieving all service items from dining room

and/or dining tray trolley at regular intervals
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining trays and

dining trolley
- Emptying the dustbins at the end of the shift
- Sanitizing the kitchen utensils and plates
- Maintaining proper sanitation of the kitchen
- Following all food safety and hygiene standards

**Requirements**:
**Can you say “Yes” to these**:

- I have a great attitude
- Have worked in gastronomy before
- Are authorized to work in Germany
- Live in Berlin, as in, you have an “Anmeldung”

here
- Have a “Rote Karte”
- Speak English, mindestens B1 Deutsch
- Plan to stay in Berlin for the next two (2)

years
